VistAbility invites you to join our team as a Community Access Specialist (Caregiver). In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating meaningful experiences and offering invaluable assistance to adults with disabilities.

A Day in Your Life:

• Implement personalized 1:1 or 1:2 in-home and community activities, promoting independence and personal growth. Conduct sessions designed to deliver stimulation, joy, and emotional support.

• Provide personal care needs, collaborating with family members or support staff.

• Foster a positive environment, encouraging active participation in various activities utilizing effective prompting and cueing.

• Maintain detailed progress notes on participant goals, ensuring individualized care.

• Develop and implement behavior management plans when required.

• Complete records and reports in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Serve as an advocate and positive role model for the individuals you support.

Must Have:

• Valid CA driver's license.

• Good driving record.

Position: :Caregiver for Adults with Disabilities
Location: :Fremont / Union City
Hours: :Part-Time
Part-Time (a): Monday - Friday; 9:00am - 1:00pm (20 hrs/wk)
Part-Time (b): Monday - Friday; 9:00am - 3:00pm (30 hrs/wk)
Compensation: :$20.50 per hour
